This aid can rise to : the rate goes up to 35 % on the salary cost of employees aged 45 and over, and of those without a recognised diploma who have less than ten years' service.
Indicative, non-binding estimate. The aid amounts to 15 % of the eligible annual investment, which includes course fees and the salary cost of participants during training hours, calculated on the average hourly wage from the CCSS payroll certificate. The rate rises to 35 % on the salary cost of employees without a recognised diploma who have less than ten years' service, as well as employees aged 45 and over. The eligible investment is capped at 20 % of the payroll for companies with 1 to 9 employees, 3 % from 10 to 249 employees and 2 % above that. The State covers 15 % of your training investment
Private sector companies legally established in Luxembourg can obtain aid of 15 % of the amount invested each year in their training plan. The rate rises to 35 % on the salary cost of employees without a recognised diploma who have less than ten years' service and of employees aged 45 and over.
The application is filed within five months of the end of the financial year, with no extension possible. We prepare the supporting documents relating to our training.
